Microbiome:

As with all products in the Esse Sensitive line, this product aims to minimize the chance of allergic reactions. The product is 100% natural and the overall fragrance level is below 0,03%. The preservative system is exceptionally mild and the number of ingredients in the formulation has been kept to a minimum.

 

Active Treatment:
Probiotics – The Sensitive Cleanser uses the a probiotic extract of Lactobacillus.
Aloe Vera Gel – The base of the Sensitive Cleanser is organic Aloe Vera gel. Polysaccharides in this gel soothe and calm the skin.

Aloe Barbadensis (Aloe Vera) Leaf Extract*, Glycerin, Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil*, Decyl Glucoside, Cetearyl Alcohol, Sclerocarya Birrea (Marula) Seed Oil, Glyceryl Stearate, Cetyl Alcohol, Xanthan Gum, Sodium Phytate, Lactic Acid, Ascorbyl Palmitate, Tocopherol, Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil, Lactobacillus Ferment, Levulinic Acid, Sodium Levulinate, Aqua, Citric Acid, Glyceryl Caprylate, Sodium Anisate, Vanillin, Hexenol, Gamma Decalactone

Lather with warm water and gently massage into skin of face and décolleté. Rinse thoroughly. Pat dry.

Returns 

We're pleased to inform you that any unopened product can be returned for a refund within 28 days of purchase.

If you change your mind or refuse delivery, you are responsible for the original delivery charges, any tax and duties charges and the cost of returning the order. 

 

Note that if the item is not faulty, we are unable to reimburse you for any postage charges. 

 

Terms & Conditions:

We strongly recommend that you obtain a postage receipt with your tracking number. We are only responsible for your parcel once it has been received at our warehouse. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned, and cannot be refunded. 

 

Excludes gift card/e-gift cards, samples and gift with purchase. Used is defined as any variation from its original condition including opened or outer seal broken. Please note that original delivery charges are not refunded.

 

Sale items purchased online and in-store can be returned online within 28 days of purchase with a proof of purchase. 

 

Tarryn Bespoke Skincare London Ltd will refund your payment for the goods as soon as possible by the original payment method. In addition to our returns policy, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods if you send us a notice of cancellation in writing and return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition. Where goods are delivered to a third party you may also exercise this right if you are able to return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition. Your statutory rights are not affected.

 

Once your refund has been processed, it can take your card provider 5 working days to credit your account.
