Protection – We aim to increase probiotic microbial populations to the point that there are no available niches for invaders. This prevents activation of your skin’s immune system and reduces redness and irritation.

Barrier Function – It is possible to radically improve barrier function with live probiotic microbes. With improved barrier function there is reduced redness and inflammation because fewer molecules from the “outside” reach the lower layers of skin.

Use in the evenings for a week or until an improvement is seen. Thereafter, reduce usage to every other day for a week and then even further to 1 or 2 times a week for maintenance only.

Returns 

We're pleased to inform you that any unopened product can be returned for a refund within 28 days of purchase.

If you change your mind or refuse delivery, you are responsible for the original delivery charges, any tax and duties charges and the cost of returning the order. 

 

Note that if the item is not faulty, we are unable to reimburse you for any postage charges. 

 

Terms & Conditions:

We strongly recommend that you obtain a postage receipt with your tracking number. We are only responsible for your parcel once it has been received at our warehouse. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned, and cannot be refunded. 

 

Excludes gift card/e-gift cards, samples and gift with purchase. Used is defined as any variation from its original condition including opened or outer seal broken. Please note that original delivery charges are not refunded.

 

Sale items purchased online and in-store can be returned online within 28 days of purchase with a proof of purchase. 

 

Tarryn Bespoke Skincare London Ltd will refund your payment for the goods as soon as possible by the original payment method. In addition to our returns policy, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods if you send us a notice of cancellation in writing and return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition. Where goods are delivered to a third party you may also exercise this right if you are able to return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition. Your statutory rights are not affected.

 

Once your refund has been processed, it can take your card provider 5 working days to credit your account.
